We are a Belizean family owned and operated
resort. Alvin Cabral II and Maria Cabral after living in Florida for
25yrs returned to Placencia to open South Waters Resort, providing in the
heart of Placencia a resort with luxury condo apartments and mid range

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
NOTE: The following peak holiday
periods Easter and Christmas require a minimum of 3 nights stay to secure
reservations. The affected dates for 2007 and 2008 are Christmas - December
20th 2007 through until January 6th 2008, Easter - March 19th through until
March 27th 2008.
