We are a Belizean family owned and operated
resort. Alvin Cabral II and Maria Cabral after living in Florida for
25yrs returned to Placencia to open South Waters Resort, providing in the
heart of Placencia a resort with luxury condo apartments and mid range

NOTE: The following peak holiday periods Easter and Christmas require a minimum of 3
nights stay to secure reservations. The affected dates for 2009 and 2010 are Christmas -
December 18th 2009 through until January 8th 2010, Easter - April 1st through until April
7th 2010.
